But what really makes Byron special is our team — passionate, hardworking, and always ready to have a laugh. If you’re ready to take the next step in your kitchen career, lead by example, and be part of something great, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in running smooth, fast-paced services — delivering the burgers and sides that keep our guests coming back.

Support the Head Chef and Kitchen Management team to deliver brilliant food, shift after shift.

Lead by example — helping your team maintain high standards and positive energy on every service.

Be ready to step up — this is your first move into kitchen leadership, with the support to help you grow.

Maintain excellent standards of Health & Safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Help prep, cook and plate dishes to spec, with great attention to detail.

Work as a team to create a buzzing, positive kitchen culture.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about great food and ready to step into a leadership role.

You’ll have some solid experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen.

You’re ready to take your first step into kitchen management — or already working at this level and looking for a new challenge.

You’ll know what great food looks like, and how to help your team deliver it consistently.

You’ll have a good understanding of Health & Safety and food safety standards.

You’ll love working as part of a team and creating an atmosphere where everyone thrives.

You’ll bring a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for what you do.

What You’ll Get:

£12.32 per hour + Tronc

Access your pay as you earn it with Wagestream

Free meal on shift

50% food discount for you and your friends/family

Opportunities to win High Street shopping vouchers through our incentive schemes

Ongoing training and development to help you grow into the next stage of your career
