Salary - £40,000 to £55,000 + Package

- Transactions & Asset Management: The client facilitates deals and manages property transformations to enhance speed and profitability.
- Building Consultancy: Their expertise encompasses the technical, legal, financial, and regulatory aspects, along with project management and surveying skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Workplace Consultancy: This specialist team of space auditors, interior designers, and architectural technicians designs transformative, high-functioning workspaces.
- Studio: There they, inspired storytellers, creators, and brand experts ensure your real estate concepts make a significant impact in a competitive market.
Your Responsibilities- Manage project and contract administration for high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K to £20M.
- Conduct general commercial building surveying duties, including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring.
- Prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants.
- Work with a diverse range of clients, from corporate occupiers and SMEs to private equity investors and landlords.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the business through business development, networking, pitching for new projects, and public relations.

Technical Requirements- Experience in a commercial building consultancy practice.
- Proven expertise in contract administration and cost control.
- Familiarity with the Law of Dilapidations.
- Working knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts.
