Your Role:

• Lead refurbishment, improvement, and modernisation projects across various sectors, including retail, health, energy, and public sectors.
• Manage projects throughout Devon, Cornwall, and beyond, using standard building contracts like JCT and NEC.
• Apply professional building surveying services with 2-3 years post-chartership experience.
• Mentor junior surveyors, support senior managers, and develop new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS degree.
• Chartered status preferred/highly desirable.
• Extensive technical surveying knowledge and experience.
• Strong client management, business development, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety, statutory compliance, and technical skills such as Dilapidations, Party Wall, Fire Risk, Access Assessments.
