Job Description:

Our client, a multi-disciplinary surveying and town planning consultancy, is recruiting for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Brentwood office on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of Building Surveying duties, including dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party wall work, and building surveys.

Responsibilities include:

• Residential, Commercial, and Heritage work
• Level 3 Building Surveys, primarily
• Refurbishment and Extension projects

Requirements:

• MRICS Status
• Degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Experience in residential and commercial refurbishment and extension projects

Remuneration:

• Salary: £60k - £65k (DOE)
• Discretionary Bonus
• Company Pension Scheme
• Additional benefits to be discussed
