Menska Ltd. is seeking Senior Charter Brokers across Europe to drive growth in a remote role. You will originate, develop and manage a profitable charter client portfolio, sourcing aircraft and negotiating with operators to deliver high-touch service.

Successful candidates will have a proven GP generation track record, an established private aviation network, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment. This is a Europe-wide, remote-permitted opportunity.

The role:

Menska is looking for high-performing Senior Charter Brokers based across Europe to join a growing international private aviation business.

This is aimed firmly at established brokers with a proven ability to originate business and generate significant GP. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely while continuing to develop your own client portfolio within a highly commercial environment.
