Charter Broker – UK (Remote)

We are working with a growing private jet brokerage that is looking to expand its UK-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced brokers and ambitious junior professionals to play a key role in shaping the future of a business with strong backing and long-term vision.

As a Charter Broker, you will be instrumental in building new client relationships, managing end-to-end charter flight bookings, and helping to grow the company’s presence in the market. This is a hands-on role suited for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a personal book of clients through prospecting, cold calling, and business development.
  • Respond to charter enquiries and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Manage the full charter process from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client activity, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with operators, partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment.
  • Represent the business professionally and with integrity.
