Captainjet, a company of the Jetfly Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker to join our newly established London City office. As we expand our footprint in the UK market, we are looking for a dynamic professional who can drive business growth while maintaining our commitment to excellence in private aviation services.

Our new London office brings together Captainjet's charter expertise with Jetfly's fractional sales team, creating a unique synergy that benefits both our clients and team members.

The Role

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will:
• Develop and manage new business opportunities in the UK market;
• Take full responsibility for your flight portfolio from inquiry to completion;
• Work autonomously while having the support of our dedicated operations team;
• Leverage our proprietary technology and extensive operator network to deliver exceptional client experiences;
• Collaborate with the Jetfly fractional sales team to provide comprehensive aviation solutions;
• Contribute to the growth and development of our London presence.

Your Profile

• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years' experience in private jet charter brokerage;
• Currently generating over €300,000 in net margin annually;
• Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one additional language;
• Strong existing client network and industry relationships;
• Excellent understanding of the UK and European private aviation market;
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high service standards;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen;
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
