• Significant post-registration experience within Learning Disability Nursing.
• Current NMC registration as a Learning Disability Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Strong commitment to improving lives of people with learning disabilities.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, support and develop others.
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to delivering care in line with NHS values and outcomes.
• Passion for service improvement and person-centred practice.
