An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Charge Nurse based at Ayrshire Central Hospital/University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for leading the Out-Patient nursing team ensuring organisational values and behaviours are embedded into practice whilst ensuring continuing learning and safety culture. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Out-Patients resources are managed in an effective and efficient manner.
You will also be required to participate in the senior nurse page holder rota covering UHC site.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
As a Senior Charge Nurse within Out-Patients you should be a RGN registered with the NMC UK. You must have proven leadership and management skills with experience and understanding of service provision within an out-patient setting.
You must have current understanding of NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s clinical, corporate and staff governance agendas.

37 per week
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership
