We aim to build a high-performing sales team and are seeking a dedicated professional for this role.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, OEMs) to expand our sales network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Develop channel partner sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to monitor progress and address issues.
- Lead channel sales for our premium range of fire safety devices in the specification sector.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Director.
Key Attributes:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in fire alarm, security, or related building safety industries.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, life safety solutions, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of BS5839 part 6 is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing and growing channel partnerships.
- Hungry for new business with a consultative approach.
Other Requirements:
- Full clean driving license.
- Use of private vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Ability to attend the Maidenhead office at least 2 days per week.
