We aim to build a high-performing sales team and are seeking a dedicated professional for this role.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, OEMs) to expand our sales network.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  3. Develop channel partner sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
  4. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics to management.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to monitor progress and address issues.
  7. Lead channel sales for our premium range of fire safety devices in the specification sector.
  8. Collaborate effectively with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Director.

Key Attributes:

  1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in fire alarm, security, or related building safety industries.
  2. Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, life safety solutions, and relevant standards and regulations.
  3. Knowledge of BS5839 part 6 is advantageous.
  4. Proven track record of managing and growing channel partnerships.
  5. Hungry for new business with a consultative approach.

Other Requirements:

  1. Full clean driving license.
  2. Use of private vehicle.
  3. Eligibility to work in the UK.
  4. Ability to attend the Maidenhead office at least 2 days per week.
