Role Overview

This role is for the Head of MSS Operational Collateral & Risk team, responsible for:

• Collateral processing, data onboarding, valuation, margin, settlement, and dispute processes
• Credit Counterparty Risk controls
• MRUD, including Initial Margin management & calculations
• Management information and risk reporting
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments such as FRM, GRA, TR, FEC, and NFR

Key Responsibilities

As a senior Change Lead, you will:

• Manage the book of work for the MSS Operations Global Head of Collateral and Margin Rules
• Develop strategic blueprints and prioritised execution plans
• Create business cases and secure funding
• Influence projects impacting operational teams
• Collaborate with business, IT, change teams, and architects
• Manage programme, project, and change delivery structures

Minimum Requirements

To succeed, you should have:

• Change management expertise with collateral and margin experience
• People management and leadership skills
• Background in Investment Banking and Markets, with Operations / Middle Office experience
• Knowledge of various financial products and market infrastructures
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile project management
