Job summary

SCS Railways is seeking an experienced Change and Configuration Manager to lead governance across the HS2 London Tunnels contract. You will manage change and configuration processes to keep baselines controlled and auditable.

Based in London with a minimum three days in the office at Euston, you'll coordinate across engineering, construction and assurance functions, deliver KPIs and support compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional membership of engineering institution with Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• 5+ years' experience in Change/Configuration Management, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience facilitating multidisciplinary reviews, governance processes, and stakeholder forums.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment for major rail infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Process Management: implement and improve Change and Configuration Management processes, procedures and standards.
• Change Management: manage end-to-end change process from initiation to closure.
• Configuration Management: maintain baselines and control of configuration items.
• Assurance and Compliance: support compliance with project, client and industry requirements.
• Reporting and Performance: develop KPIs, dashboards and reports; monitor trends and risks.
