Job summary

BRE seeks a Senior Certification Project Manager to lead physical security product evaluation, testing, and certification projects within its Assurance Division. The role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and project management to deliver services aligned with national, international and LPCB standards.

You will manage complex projects, develop proposals, and guide teams while representing BRE at industry events and committees. Hybrid work with attendance near Watford or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing certification, testing, or technical assurance projects.
• Strong knowledge of physical security products and related testing and certification processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and accreditation/audit requirements.
• Proven ability to develop project plans, quotations and certification documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead security product evaluation, testing and certification projects from quotation to delivery.
• Oversee testing and certification activities to meet standards and client specs.
• Develop test plans and coordinate delivery within timescales and budgets.
• Provide technical review and sign-off for security reports.
• Mentor team members and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent BRE at industry events and committees.
