• Join an existing team of senior staff and provide training to juniors.
• Lead a multi-professional team and take responsibility for clinical care of patients.
• Demonstrate management, audit and leadership skills and support CPD activities.
• Teach clinical skills to trainees and supervise postgraduate research.
