Job summary

ScottishPower Renewable UK Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager – CDM Compliance to support the Project Construction Manager in Principal Contractor duties under the CDM Regulations. The role ensures CDM compliance across construction activities and contractor management, with oversight spanning onshore and offshore works.

The successful candidate will lead compliance audits, manage RAMS and permitting, and drive governance with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor duties.
• Experience leading compliance audits and assurance activities.
• Ability to manage construction activities across multi-contractor environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Construction Manager in meeting Principal Contractor responsibilities and CDM compliance.
• Lead contractor compliance monitoring, CDM audits and assurance reviews across onshore/offshore environments.
• Maintain compliance reporting, KPIs and governance records.
• Support Site Works Committees and governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement and effective project delivery.
