Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior CCTV Drainage Engineer to perform detailed CCTV drainage surveys across commercial, industrial, and utility-sector clients in Gateshead. The role includes reporting, defect identification, and recommendations for remedial works, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate CCTV crawler systems, engage with clients, and contribute to project documentation and progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as CCTV Drainage Engineer or Senior Drainage Engineer.
• Strong understanding of drainage systems and CCTV inspection methods.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CCTV drainage surveys on foul, surface water, and process drainage systems.
• Produce detailed survey reports using WinCan and industry-standard software.
• Identify drainage defects and provide remedial recommendations.
• Operate CCTV crawler and push-rod surveying equipment.
• Liaise with clients and site representatives, providing technical feedback.
