Senior Category Manager - Infrastructure Subcontractor Services

Salary: c£75,000 - £90,000 plus a strong benefit package

Location: Hybrid working, 3 days in Leeds or London offices

Grafton Recruitment is partnering with a large international client to appoint a senior procurement professional experienced in leading service categories related to subcontracted infrastructure installation, materials, and civil engineering labour suppliers.

About the Role

This role involves:

  1. Leading strategy for third-party works and installation categories internationally.
  2. Serving as a subject matter expert within centralized procurement.
  3. Developing and leading strategies around the supplier portfolio.
  4. Negotiating high-value and complex contracts internationally.
  5. Managing supplier relationships and performance.
Responsibilities
  • Managing procurement for infrastructure solutions categories.
  • Developing and implementing category strategies.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships.
