Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Category Finance Manager to join its Finance team at Southbank. This permanent role focuses on P&L stewardship, financial modelling and strategic planning to drive growth across the category and market.

You will partner with Category, Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams, develop robust business cases, and provide timely financial insights to inform portfolio strategy and investment decisions. Hybrid work with 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial/category finance leadership, planning and RGM.
• Experience in FMCG preferred.
• Finance, accounting or related degree.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgement with ability to link financial performance to enterprise priorities.
• Advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L stewardship for the cluster, maintaining revenue, margin, costs and key value drivers to support delivery of financial commitments and sustainable growth.
• Lead performance analysis and action planning, translating financial and commercial results into insights, risks and opportunities for category and cluster leaders.
• Partner with Category, Sales, Marketing, RGM and cross-functional stakeholders to inform portfolio strategy, pricing, promotional activity and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and challenge robust business cases and investment recommendations using advanced financial modelling and commercial judgement.
• Lead the cluster forecasting and strategic planning processes with evidence-based assumptions and timely financial outlooks.
• Protect in-year delivery while guiding portfolio, investment and long-term growth choices.
