Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd invites applications for a Senior Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to join our remote team. The role focuses on handling Employers and Public Liability claims with a proactive approach and adherence to client service standards.

You will investigate liability claims, assess quantum, gather evidence, and draft timely, well-supported recommendations for settlements, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of each claim.

Senior Casualty/Liability Claims Technician - Fully Remote

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
