Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to work on a fully remote basis in the UK.

You will use your technical knowledge to investigate liability claims for Employers' Liability and Public Liability, gather evidence, and report findings in line with client requirements. The role also involves settlement where appropriate and delivering excellent customer service throughout the claims lifecycle.

Casualty/Liability Claims Technician - Fully Remote

Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
