IPS Group is supporting a leading insurer in recruiting a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster for its new regional office in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground level as the casualty claims capability develops in the Midlands.

The role involves managing a portfolio of UK and international liability claims, focusing on UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will handle technical claims, including complex files, ensuring excellent service delivery.

The business operates across territories including Canada, Australia, Ireland, the USA, and the UK. It works through brokers and directly with clients, tailoring solutions for fair outcomes, efficient service, and timely payments.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing high-value liability claims with technical accuracy.
  • Collaborating with brokers, clients, and third-party administrators.
  • Supporting financial accuracy through reserving and reporting.
  • Shaping and mentoring the Birmingham claims team.
