Job Profile

An experienced Senior Casualty Adjuster is required to join a Global Loss Adjusters firm where you will handle a portfolio of Financial Lines/Financial Institutions losses. The role offers remote working from home or office, with occasional UK and international travel, including possible overnight stays.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of Financial Lines/Financial Institutions losses.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence in investigating and managing cases from start to finish, including Delegated Authority instructions.
  • Take responsibility and accountability for the conduct and resolution of cases, with a proactive approach to service delivery.
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of liability claims.
  • Operate within CSIR and the broader Insurance/London Market.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in investigating or handling Financial Lines/Financial Institutions claims.
  • Hold an insurance qualification (preferably ACII or ACILA) or have extensive claims adjusting experience.
  • Experience in managing insurer client relationships.
