Job Summary:

Disney Store is opening a new limited-time retail destination at Westfield White City in June 2025. This pop-up offers fans and families the chance to explore beloved stories and shop a wide range of Disney products in a magical setting.

This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to join as a Senior Cast Member, working 32 hours per week.

Overview

The Senior Cast Member represents the Disney brand, engaging guests in magical experiences, maintaining high standards, and mentoring team members to support store goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Show

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays.
• Manage stage movements and POS accuracy.
• Participate in VM standards, markdowns, recovery, and replenishment.
• Provide feedback to ensure Disney Brand standards are met.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
• Ensure current products are on stage for guest experiences.
• Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment.
• Participate in markdowns, event setup, and stage sets.

Sales

• Drive sales and KPIs like conversion, UPT, and Magic Touch.
• Support team in achieving Talk-Ups and sales goals.
• Prioritize tasks to meet sales and service standards.
• Handle till transactions efficiently and securely.

Service

• Lead by example in delivering magical guest experiences.
• Promote guest loyalty through product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Engage and listen to guests, adapting to their needs.
• Use creativity and storytelling to enhance the shopping experience.
• Mentor and support fellow Cast Members.

Contribution

• Follow safety and company policies, including loss prevention and health & safety.
• Maintain Disney grooming and behavior standards.
• Participate in community initiatives and company events.
• Assist with stock, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Assume key holder responsibilities as needed.

Additional duties will be assigned based on business needs.

Relevant Experience / Requirements

• Passion for engaging with guests of all ages.
• Attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
