West Mercia Police is seeking a Senior Caseworker (Part Time) to act as the main point of contact for HMCTS on end-of-case matters and to maintain court results within ATHENA and PNC systems. The role also supports Out Of Court Disposal compliance, including conditional cautions, and handles impending prosecutions on PNC.

The post is hybrid, 23.5 hours per week (Wed–Fri), with a closing date of 12 noon on 19 November 2026.

Competenze

• Experience working with HMCTS and court outcomes.
• Ability to manage casework and legal records accurately.
• Familiarity with Out Of Court Disposal processes is advantageous.

The main purpose of the role is to act as single point of contact for HMCTS in terms of end of case matters. To maintain the court result function within local and national systems such as ATHENA and PNC within appropriate timescales. Provide support function for Out Of Court Disposal compliance including conditional cautions. Manage impending prosecutions on PNC on behalf of the force and support officers with the creation of Arrest Records.

• The Senior Caseworker is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role.
• Part Time - 23.5 hours (Wednesday to Friday)

The closing date for this post is 12 noon on Thursday 19th November 2026.
