Joining our Inclusion Drug and Alcohol Housing Support Team as a Senior Case Worker, you’llbe an integral part of our team helping people access, maintain and sustain suitable accommodation, recognising that stable housing is essential for improving health, wellbeing and recovery.
Through person-centred, strengths-based support, you’ll help prevent homelessness, support tenancy sustainment, and provide intensive assistance to people with complex needs, including mental ill-health, substance use and trauma.

The post holder will be primarily community based and located within one of Hampshire’s nine drug and alcohol treatment hubs, delivering services directly to local communities and working closely with partner organisations.
