About the Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for service excellence? We’re looking for aSenior Caretaking & Cleaning Managerto lead and evolve our high-performing service, which operates across more than 300 sites—including schools, corporate offices, and housing services.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive operational excellence, champion innovation, and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding value and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of caretaking and cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.
  • Inspire and support staff to deliver a customer-focused, high-performing service.
  • Identify and implement service improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead on tendering and procurement to secure new business and retain existing contracts.
  • Evaluate and cost growth opportunities, ensuring robust contract management and successful delivery.
  • Network and benchmark to keep the service innovative, competitive, and future-ready.

  • A proven track record in multi-site service delivery and improvement—ideally in a commercial, customer-facing environment.
