About The Role
Principle Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support people with health, social, and emotional well-being, including personal care, mobility, medication, continence, nutrition, hydration, in line with care plans, promoting independence.
  • Ensure residents are well-presented in personal care, hygiene, and clothing.
  • Provide mental and physical stimulation through conversation and activities.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, respecting each individual and maintaining dignity.
  • Write, update, and review care plans, providing personal care accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with the manager and care team, reporting good practices and concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating good communication skills.
  • Complete accurate records and maintain a safe, clean environment.

The ideal candidate should be compassionate, respectful of privacy, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Willingness to learn and grow through training and mentoring is essential.
