Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of care by supporting residents with daily activities
• Support and supervise junior and new staff members under senior staff guidance
• Respond to Nurse Call system, answer the door and phone promptly, and relay messages
• Report on residents' well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers
• Perform regular checks on residents as directed by senior staff
• Provide personal and psychological care, managing rotas for medications, toileting, bathing, etc.
• Accurately complete records, including changeover and Keyworker documentation within set timeframes
