Location: Peverel Green Care Home near Hatfield Peverel

At Peverel Green, we provide a vibrant community for up to 60 elders, blending personalized care with engaging activities such as arts & crafts, dance classes, and enjoying tranquil views from private terraces. Every corner of our home is designed to foster joy, connection, and warm memories, creating a family-like environment for our residents.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who:

  • Respond with compassion to the individual needs of residents.
  • Provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Establish a person-centred approach to care.
  • Encourage training and self-development to build a strong team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff under senior staff guidance.
  • Respond to Nurse Call system, answer calls, door, and phone promptly, and pass messages efficiently.
  • Monitor residents' well-being, liaising with GPs and Support Managers as needed.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents as scheduled by senior staff.
  • Provide personal and psychological care, managing routines such as medication, toileting, and bathing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within required timeframes.
