Crooton ltd is seeking a Senior Carer to lead the care team in a residential setting. The role involves supervising staff, supporting medication administration, and maintaining accurate care plans and risk assessments.

You will liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to coordinate personalised care, while creating a warm environment that respects residents' dignity and preferences.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Carer in a Care Home setting (ideally residential).
• NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Medication trained and committed to patient-centred care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the care team, delegating duties and mentoring staff.
• Support medication administration and stock management.
• Update care plans and risk assessments as resident needs change.
• Liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to coordinate care.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment that respects residents' dignity and preferences.

Hours: 33 hours per week - Days - 8am to 8pm OR Nights - 8pm to 8am OR Bank hours (alternate weekend working required)

Salary: £15.49 per hour

Location: Melbourn, Cambridgeshire,SG8 6FY

Your Role
