Job summary

Crooton ltd is seeking a Bank Senior Carer to join a residential care home in Hopton On Sea, Great Yarmouth. The role involves leading the care team, supervising and mentoring staff, and supporting medication administration and stock management.

You will update care plans and risk assessments, liaise with GPs, district nurses and families, and create a warm environment that respects residents’ dignity and preferences.

Qualifications

• Senior Carer experience in a care home.
• NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Medication training (highly desirable).

Salary: £15.77 per hour

Shift times: 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am (alternate weekends)

Location: Hopton On Sea, Great Yarmouth, NR31 9AH

Your Role

• Leading the care team: delegating duties, supervising and mentoring
