A well-established residential care provider is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker. The ideal candidate will impact the lives of young people with challenging behaviors by delivering high-quality care. Job Title: Senior Care Worker
Location: Bradford BD4
Salary: £33,906.60 per annum
Working Hours: Rolling rota basis over 365 days per year (including bank holidays and weekends)
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential) or 50% complete
Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable)
Experience working with challenging children in a residential setting (Essential)
Number of Beds: Solo home (1:1 or 2:1 staffing) or Two-bed home (2:1 staffing)
Location: Bradford
Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
Ofsted Rating: Good
Ratio of staff to children: 1:1 or 2:1
