About the Role

We are currently offering sponsorship under Skilled Worker visa route, and welcoming applicants who are looking to switch to a new employer. You must be based in UK and willing to relocate to the local area, with a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for eligibility.

Main Duties

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with toileting.
• Administering medication and supporting health needs as required.
• Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and general companionship.
• Assisting clients with mobility and maintaining their independence.

Qualifications

• A compassionate and caring nature with a desire to help others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
