SGS Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join their team at a children's home in Leeds. The role involves leading shifts, safeguarding, and providing compassionate care to young individuals facing emotional and behavioral difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and experience in a residential setting, with opportunities for progression and development within a supportive team.
Job Title: Leeds, LS12/LS13
Salary: £32,005.56 per annum
Working Hours: Rolling rota basis over 365 days per year (including bank holidays and weekends)
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential) or 50% complete
Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable)
Experience working with challenging children in a residential setting (Essential)
