We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support. In this role, you will oversee daily care activities, support colleagues, and ensure our service operates smoothly and safely.
Your responsibilities include managing medication, allocating tasks, supporting care planning, and covering for senior staff when needed. You will also supervise, guide, and train team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff and service users.
To succeed, you need an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care and a willingness to pursue further qualifications. Basic computer skills and comfort working within our Christian ethos are essential, as you will support individuals in a manner reflecting our values.
