The role offers flexible shift patterns, including weekends, with a hourly rate of £12.90–£14.51 depending on experience and a range of benefits designed to support wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in care or working towards it.
• Motivated, positive with great interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Experience in the role and understanding of its rewards and challenges; passion for delivering compassionate care.
