Job summary

Field Lane in Hadleigh, Suffolk, is seeking Senior Care and Support Workers for a supported living project serving adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work with one client to provide dedicated care and companionship.

Join a small, inclusive team to deliver person-centred care, follow care plans, assist with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and maintain confidentiality. Ongoing training and development are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to complete.
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• A caring, empathetic, and non‑judgemental attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations.
• Commitment to high standards and person‑centred support.
