Senior Care & Support Assistant

Location: Dorset House Residential Home, Hamworthy, BH15 4HL

Pay rate: £13.25 per hour

Hours: Full time & Part Time available (including alternate weekends)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior & Support Care Assistant to join our caring and friendly team at Dorset House, a residential care home near Upton Country Park and Poole Quay, located in Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset.

Who are we looking for:

• Someone who is naturally caring and compassionate
• Someone who can make a positive impact on residents' lives and inspire their team
• Completion or ongoing training towards NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous care experience with knowledge of care planning and medication administration

What you will be doing:

1. Supporting and guiding Care Assistants during shifts
2. Identifying individual needs of residents to deliver person-centred care
