About you:
  • You should have completed NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or possess a DipSW, Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or CSS.
  • You will work under the supervision of the Home Manager, undertaking duties aligned with the needs of the service. A supportive, enabling approach, motivation skills, and the ability to engage in new developments are essential.
  • You should be capable of providing advice, support, and guidance on care plans, behavior management, and overall care of the children and outreach services.
  • You will supervise and support staff involved in the daily operations of the home. The role involves shift work and sleepovers at the home.

Hours of work are approximately 74 hours per month, which may occasionally exceed 20 hours per week due to the rota.
