From mentoring and supporting our brilliant Care Managers and working closely with the Registered Manager, to overseeing a small number of care packages yourself, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our care exceptional.
You’ll be working from home most of the time, but you’ll also get out and about visiting clients, staff, meeting the very people whose lives you’ll help transform. You will also be required to develop professional relationships, helping to grow the business
