Job summary

Easteden Care Group in Northern Ireland is seeking compassionate Senior Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care in our residential homes. You will support residents with daily living activities, wellbeing, independence and dignity while working with a supportive team to coordinate care and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Experience of at least two years in regulated care and familiarity with care plans and medication administration is preferred; training and career

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience within a regulated care, healthcare or residential environment.
• Experience supporting mentoring, induction or development of colleagues.
• Experience using electronic care planning or digital documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality and person-centred care tailored to individual resident needs and preferences.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living activities.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
• Observe and report changes in resident wellbeing appropriately.
• Providing support to dispense/administer/order residents medication.
