Easteden Care Group seeks a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to residents in our Northern Ireland home.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support daily living activities, wellbeing and independence while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment and accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care tailored to residents' needs.

• Observe and report changes in resident wellbeing appropriately.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, care, activities and wider teams.
