The role emphasizes leadership in care delivery, staff development, and adherence to Salutem’s QA framework while delivering compassionate, client-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans promoting health, wellbeing and diversity while ensuring safety compliance.
• Implement activity plans that foster autonomy and new experiences, seeking individuals' views.
• Assist with financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
• Adapt environments to individual needs and follow Health and Safety policies.
• Lead induction, supervision and training to support staff and ensure person-centred schedules.
• Deliver high-quality care within Salutem's Quality Assurance framework and manage incidents per policy.
