Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support for on-site client care runs. You will supervise care operations, monitor calls, and assist with staff induction, including weekend on-call coverage and emergency response.

The role requires clear communication, a valid driver’s license with own insured vehicle, and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Full driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for business use.
• NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent is desirable.
• NISCC registration or willingness to register is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients.
• Oversee care runs and monitor calls.
• Support staff induction and shadowing, including 12-week induction.
• Participate in on-call weekend coverage and emergency cover.
• Report concerns to the Area Manager and maintain client records.
