Job summary

Connected Health is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality homecare, delivering compassionate support to clients while ensuring safety and wellbeing. The role offers career progression through accredited training and leadership pathways within the homecare sector.

We offer competitive pay (£13.50–£14.50 per hour depending on weekday vs weekend), a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months, and a range of employee benefits designed to recognise and develop our care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a formal care setting.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Full driver's license and access to your own insured vehicle for business purposes.

• Support clients in daily activities and promote independence.
