You will lead a team, coordinate personal care tasks, support meal times, and contribute to a safe, respectful home environment with a flexible 7-day rota.

Applicants with Level 2 in Health & Social Care are required, with Level 3 encouraged to commence after appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care team.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
• Committed and organised in approach.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with physical, psychological and social needs.
• Assist with personal care activities, hygiene, dressing and meals.
