Job summary

Avante Care & Support is expanding at Bridge Haven. This Senior Care Lead role covers day shifts on an alternating weekend schedule with a 44-hour week and pay of £14.72–£15.22 per hour. Join our caring team to mentor staff, deliver high-quality care, and help shape a brand-new home from day one.

Bridge Haven offers a warm, person-centred environment for older residents. You will support training, lead by example, and ensure excellent standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor care staff.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach with residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver person-centred care.
• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
• Support training and development for colleagues.
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Eden Alternative Philosophy.
