Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide a small team and oversee a floor during each shift, ensuring high standards of care across every resident. You will manage and administer medication, review and update care plans, mentor staff, and participate in staff supervision.

Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and the right to work in the UK are required. The role operates a 42-hour week on a 3-on/3-off rota, with a day schedule from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in a care setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility to work in a care home.
• Willingness to work 42 hours per week on a 3 on/3 off rota.

Responsibilities
