Job summary

Care UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts, case manage residents, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.

You will supervise and support care assistants, administer medications, perform risk assessments, and work with leadership to develop services while keeping a fun, inclusive and professional approach at all times.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.

Responsibilities
