Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Home Manager to lead a team in delivering person-centred care in one of our care homes. You will have autonomy to run the home within our framework, supported by a strong infrastructure and leadership development.

We value inspirational leadership, safeguarding and compliance, and the ability to drive occupancy through market-facing initiatives while delivering high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

• Inspirational leadership and a passion for person-centred care.
• Proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Strong organisational and management skills with care home marketing and occupancy experience.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and build local community links.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of person-centred care across the home.
• Manage the home autonomously with support and the Barchester framework.
• Develop and maintain occupancy through effective marketing and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver outstanding personalised care.
